The clear starting point
AI Pilot Month
Four weeks that turn a vague AI topic into a tested use case, a first working step, and a clear roadmap.
4 weeks · inside your business
I help owner-managed businesses identify where AI genuinely helps in day-to-day work, bring the team along, and implement the first useful use case together with you.
How we can work together
Start in the way that fits your needs. The task determines which technology we use.

When you want to continue
One dedicated partner for new questions, priorities, team enablement, and practical implementation – without building an internal AI role.
Personal · on a regular schedule
Put it into practice together
A small group works for four weeks toward one shared, visible result. Not generic tool training, but guided implementation.

Does this sound familiar?
The most useful way into AI rarely starts with another tool. It starts with work that gets left behind, takes too long, or only works because one person holds everything together.
ChatGPT is already being used, but everyone works differently.
There are numerous AI ideas, but no clear priority.
Employees are curious, while some remain deliberately cautious.
Data is transferred and re-entered several times.
Knowledge is spread across people, inboxes, and individual files.
Management remains the bottleneck in too many workflows.
The AI Pilot Month
I do not spend months getting to know your business in theory. We deliberately limit the starting phase, work on a real case, and then decide from experience what is worth continuing.
A kick-off with management and short insights from the people who work with the processes every day.
Not every idea becomes a project. We choose the case that is relevant, feasible, and useful for the team.
We implement one focused use case together and test it under real conditions.
You know what to continue, improve, review later, or deliberately leave out.
Solutions that fit
Depending on your needs, I combine automation, AI assistants, CRM, knowledge management, workshops, or digital workflows into a solution that fits your business.
Explore additional servicesOrganize recurring work and connect useful steps.
Clearly scoped helpers for communication, research, or internal tasks.
Build or adapt systems when standard tools do not support the process.
Make information accessible, clarify ownership, and make answers more reliable.
Practical onboarding, shared rules, and work on real cases.
Improve digital touchpoints when they are part of the actual problem.

Your personal partner at KI-Fit
Why personal?
I test and build things myself, but I do not arrive with a favorite solution already chosen. My job is to listen, ask the right questions, explain technical options clearly, and find a practical way forward with your team.
Assess
What makes sense – and what does not?
Bring people along
Connect management and the team.
Implement
Do not stop at slides and recommendations.
Quick answers
No. Consulting is part of it, but we do not stop at recommendations. Together, we choose a realistic use case, test it in day-to-day work, and document what your team can continue independently.
No. That is why the Pilot Month starts with your workflows and bottlenecks. A finished tool idea is not required – sometimes the right result is to deliberately avoid implementing an AI idea that initially seemed promising.
You receive a clear assessment and a plan for the next 90 days. You can then continue internally, commission a specific project, or keep KI-Fit as your ongoing AI partner. There is no automatic follow-on contract.
The individual Pilot Month is mainly designed for owner-managed businesses with a team. The topic-focused KI-Fit Practice Groups are a better starting point for solo professionals and smaller businesses.
