One external AI partner for questions, priorities, and practical implementation
I support owner-managed businesses with 5–50 employees as a personal external AI partner. Together, we assess new ideas, select the next useful steps, and implement them so management and the team can use them in day-to-day work.
At an agreed cadence, we review new questions, feedback from the team, and changes in tools or requirements. This creates a transparent order of priorities instead of turning every new AI idea into a project.
Employees need clear rules and examples from their own work. I help establish a shared way of using ChatGPT and other AI tools, including data protection, approvals, and human review.
When a use case makes sense, I do not stop at a recommendation. Depending on the task, I support the test, connect existing systems, or build a clearly scoped solution. If AI is not the right answer, that is documented openly as well.
