About KI-Fit and Edhem Sivac

My path was anything but linear, and that's exactly what makes it valuable. Raised in Munich, I went through every stage right here: from craftsmanship to industry to university, then into software testing in mechanical engineering and the automotive sector, on to project management, and finally as a Senior Consultant. Every step gave me a new perspective. Now I bring all of that into every project as a passionate entrepreneur.

I didn't want to squeeze the last percent out of already well-running corporations anymore. Instead, I wanted to create real value where the greatest potential lies: with small and medium-sized businesses and new founders. My business is not B2B, it's H2H. Human to Human. I work with people, not company numbers. What drives me? I love inspiring clients with ideas and perspectives they hadn't considered before.

If AI can do almost everything today, what sets the person behind it apart? Three things no AI can replace: Instinct, the feeling for what's right. Foresight, the ability to see the big picture and think ahead. Dedication, genuine attention for your project and your goals. Combined with strategic thinking, creativity, and technical know-how, this becomes my approach: delivering results that make an impact, and collaboration that's actually enjoyable.

Since November 2024, I've been using AI daily and intensively across all areas of my work. My conviction: AI is an opportunity for every business, big or small. The potential is enormous for simplifying processes, accelerating growth, and focusing on what really matters. Germany is still moving too slowly here, and that's exactly why I want to offer an accessible, clear entry point so everyone can benefit.
